About lang & modules

I try to build a prestashop in my qnap TS-112 and 2 hosts in different space.

qnap TS-112 with Qpkg 1.5.4.1

2 hosts with 1.5.5.0 (download from prestashop)

I can install easily.

Then I try to setup my shop.

Here are 3 problems.

1. It's chinese with other language. And I don't know how to fix it or translation by myself.

 

2. I try to upload a payment and it's success.

Then I can't find it in Payments and Gateway.

Actually, I can't find it in module.

But I can upload language pack.

 

3. in Preferences  SEO & URLs   Set up URLs

I create a  .htaccess file. (empty)

then 

Internal Server Error

I tried CHMOD 666 & 777. Still Internal server error.

 

I worked 3 days still progress 0%.

I had use ECSHOP, Shopex and some other shop system, enen mall system.

But no one is so hard to setup.

Any one can help me?
