vekia
if you click on "edit" button near ladies gold rings you see some error messages? or just blank page?
stottycabanas
Tmac, when you look at the list of categories in back office, if a category has subcategories, you will see an icon right at the end of the line which says 'View' when you hover on it. Click that, and you will get the list of subcategories. You will then see the pencil icon (Edit) on each line and you can click that to edit the information for the subcategory. tmac
hi guys, many thanks ive manged to sort it out However i still have a problem..when i add an item to my cart..for some reason it seems to be adding $8 for shipping cost....ive looked everywhere to try & find where the cost is coming from. All my shipping rates are set to 0...there is no tax..so where is the $8 coming from. There is an option of adding a shipping handling charge..if i change this to $2..then the total amount shows as $10...but i just cant figure out where the $8 is been added from Thanks in advance
stottycabanas
I suggest marking this thread as SOLVED and opening a new one for your shipping cost query. Otherwise people wouldn't know from the title that there is a shipping query where the solution might benefit them. Cheers, Dave
