Easy contact block?

Hi guys,

 

I would like to do something specific in my shop. it is located at www.pendrypowdershop.com

 

I want to put a block in the right column with a contact form in it for feedback. Maybe just a message box and send or I can take user info (such as email and name). The point is to have it available on all pages and be used to collect feedback for what our customers want to see in our store.

 

I would like to get some input on how to achieve this. I have the HTML block module from the forums and I could just key in a generic contact form code and call on the mailto function (I would need to know what the code is to call that function though) if you think that is possible

 

Should I do that? Is there a better way? Is there something I'm missing that already has this functionality?

 

If I am to code anything can you please give an example, I'm not very good at building from the ground up. It's easier for me to modify

Thank you Vekia. I had entertained the idea of using that module. I will probably end up using it but I was hoping to find a way to add a contact form to a column block that was there at all times for anyone that wanted to type a quick thought up instead of the hovering button with the large form.
