Not able to load new picture on top category

This one makes me crazy....

 

I am in the back office.

 

I go to Categories and want to replace the image I have on one of my categories, top categories, not the sub categories.

 

I see the image I want to replace and I click delete and save.

I then go back in and see that the image is gone.

I then browse my PC for the new image and click SAVE

The message on the screen saying sucsessfully.

I then go back in again and the same old image is still there.

Does not matter what new image I choose....the old one always shows up on the edit screen even it is gone when I delete it and check.

 

This is wierd......
