[SOLVED] how to add fields on cart first step

Hi,

on checkout- first step i had the view on cart, and the order total where i see:

(on a non-registed user)

 

- total of order (vat included)

- shipping total

 

i need to add other fields with: 

- total of order (VAT excluded)

- shipping total (Vat excluded)

- total vat amount

- order total (item+shipping+vat included)

 

this can be accomplished via backend or only via coding?
