sootski Posted September 10, 2013 Share Posted September 10, 2013 Can anyone provide an example of a correctly filled in category import? I can import products no problem but for categories I keep getting this error The ID category cannot be the same as the ID Root category or the ID Home category. Basically I am naming my id's from 2 upwards Active - 1 Name - ok Parent category? Tried leaving blank for categories and then using category numbers to drop the sub categories into place Root category ? not sure tried blank and 1 The rest I am ok with its just what are the rules around - ID, parent category and root?
