Adapting a theme menu to horizontal top menu

Hi,

 

I am looking for a developer who can change my theme menu to the "horizontal top menu".

So that I can use that module to create a menu instead of the hardcoded theme menu.

 

Here you can see both menu's. The first one is the hardcoded theme menu.

The second is the module "horizon top menu"

 

The look and feel from the "horizontal top menu" should be exact as the theme menu. And there should still be 2 hardcoded links. I want to keep the house (Home button) and the "uw account" which is dutch for your account. So in the theme the contact should be replace by e-shop and the sitemap by about us. Notice that about us and e-shop has submenu's and those menu can have submenu's.

Please respond with how much it will cost to do this and how fast you can do this.

 

Also I will need an invoice after the job with my tax number on it.
