Deneys Posted September 9, 2013 Share Posted September 9, 2013 Hi all Iam using Prestashop 1.5.4.1 and having problems with images displaying in Internet Explorer. I do not have a clue how to solve it, my site is http://studentdeal.co.za The site went live today and i have sent over 800 text messages to clients and then i realized that if they will be using IE that it will really look unprofessional!! The payment methods (picture) at the bottom is displayed within the footer module (LOF advance footer) and the top 2 images are displayed with in the Home text editor module. I am mentioning this because the images in the image slider and on the product page are displaying correctly. Iam using Leo theme (Leoshoe) I do not want to change the theme because that will basically compromise the entire feel of the store, including Logos and facebook page and and and... I have read that you must change something with the themes css files. I HAVE NO IDEE HOW TO DO CODING!! I am very new to website building and prestashop. I have only made a couple of basic Joomla based websites and now this, that took me a solid 2 weeks! PLEASE could someone give me a basic plain and easy solution?? benjamin utterback Posted September 9, 2013 Share Posted September 9, 2013 Hi Deneys, what version of internet explorer are you using? Internet explorer is always going to have funky issues with formatting. Where did you see the thread that said you have to edit a folder? Also, I would make a backup and switch to the default theme just to test if the pictures show up correctly. Have you regenerated your thumbnails in the back office?
