(Solucionado)Mi tienda pagina en Blanco. Hosting ?

Hola a todos  , hace unos dias tuve un problema con mi tienda , esta se veia en blanco me contacte con el hosting y  les comente este problema me dijeron que era un problema del programa y  me repararon  mi tienda cambiando el .htacces.
No me dijeron mas nada , hoy me pasa el mismo problema mi  tienda queda como "cargando" sin poder entrar al BO ni al FO.
Me comunico con ellos nuevamente y me dicen que es un problema de programacion....
No me dijeron nada del htacces esta vez....
Yo creo que mas bien es problema del server , actualmente tengo  "Towebs" ( Argentino ).

Es el hosting ? o que ?

De ser el hosting alguien puede recomendarme alguno bueno ?

Lo mas raro de todo es que , el server funcionaba bien  unas 3 semanas , luego actualize a 1.5.5.0 desde la 1.5.4.1 y  funciono bien 2 o 3 dias y luego  pum la pantalla en blanco....

Si de mas esta decir que llevo ya 5 hs mirando foros y videos  y haciendo modificaciones. Creo q es problema del hostin pero si alguien  piensa otra cosa.... :)


Otra cosa es que tengo en el hosting   una carpeta /shop2  que es la version 1.5.4.1 y tampoco pasa nada :S

Implica algo esto ?

Hola Bolonia. Para mi es el hosting.

 

Yo utilizo Hosgator, en mi opinion es uno de los mejores. Pero e visto que han ofrecido hosting aqui en el foro que estan configurados y optimizados para recibir tiendas prestashop, de hecho creo que de la misma comunidad directa de prestashop lo ofrecen. No puedo recomendarte ninguna porque no las e probado.

 

Pero tu problema es de hosting. A menos que tengas instalado algo en tu tienda o en alguna parte y realice consultas seguidas a la base de datos o ejecuta algo que hace que tu servicio de hosting que intuyo es compartido se ralentice y no termine de abrir nunca.

Lo que te aparece en rojo en la imagen que adjuntas, segun indica parece que es la memoria virtual y la memoria fisica, como si estuvieras a punto de hacer "ploom", yo revisaria el log de errores de tu hosting (en tu hosting puedes verlo) y ver que te esta causuando eso..

 

Si no tenemos mas información es dificil decirte algo.

Ahora funciona bien!!!!

Todo esta verde y andando sin problemas!!!!!

Nose tengo unos dias mas de prueba del hosting....

Puede ser que se ejecute algo en mi host o en mi tienda  en este horarios ?

Busco algun hosting barato , si alguien sabe que me avise....

 

EDIT:  Bueno ahora despues de entrar un ratito en mi tienda , nuevamente no funciona....

Creo que podemos decir q este tema esta solucionado adjunto  chat con  Towebs.

 

Jose: en este momento hay un inconveniente con los servicios web del servidor
Jose: este inconveniente esta siendo verificado por el area de administracion linux
Cliente: ahh o sea que es un problema general ?
Cliente: o es un problema mio ?+
Jose: es un problema que esta afectando algunos sitios del servidor, estamos verificando la causa del mismo
Jose: estimamos que antes de primera hora del dia estara solucionado.


Nose muchachos que opinan ustedes? Este hosting me cobra 400 pesos argentinos anuales o sea 66 dolares aprox. anual....

lo use  unos 43 dias aprox. y funciono todo el tiempo bien , ahora hace unos dias esta casi caido....

Voy a ver si me dan unos meses mas de prueba del server  , igual  les pido me indiquen si hay algun server mejorcito , con ese importe!

Yo no lo veo nada economico :wacko: Yo pago 66 igual en HostGator, y ellos si son mas cuidadosos en ofrecer un excelente servicio, aparte que tienen muchos años ofreciendo el servicio. Por otro lado, debo decir que estoy casi seguro que ellos son revendedores de hosting (y que me disculpen ellos), porque para que digan que lo solucionaran mañana a primera hora, significa que no tienen potestad en solucionarlo ellos mismo de forma fisica y directa.

 

te recomiendo tambien que busques en san google sobre recomendaciones de hosting para Prestashop.

 

Si das el tema por solucionado, edita el titulo en tu primer post arriba y agregale al principio como (SOLUCIONADO).
