The person who set up Prestashop for me is now longer available, and as a novice, I am struggling to understand some things. The shop should be going live on Monday so I am working to get the issues resolved as soon as possible. The site is: http://xceptional-deliveries.co.uk/gb/ 1. I have changed the contact email on the back page. However, on the Contact Us it's stating "sales@yourcompany" rather than "[email protected]". It's appearing correctly on the back-page but not the front. 2. Under the "Information" block on the left hand side it should also show Privacy Policy. On the back-end it's showing. 3. If I Google xceptional-deliveries.co.uk it doesn't come up at all.... 4. We have a delivery price of £3.99 with a min order of £35.00. Free delivery for orders over £90.00. However on checkout it says free shipping. It also doesn't automatically stop someone checking out under £35. I believe I have done everything correctly. 5. I have the latest version installed but the "Search" box on the front-page has shifted to the right and I don't know how to move this. Can anyone please kindly give some advice? You should probably go to: Back Office > Chstomers >Contacts 2. Go to: Back Office > Preferences > CMS 3. Your links go to your website 4. Your website will be indexed much faster then. You don't have to worry, it's normal that it usually take some time.
