[solved] Problems with multiple modules

I'm having problems with multiple modules

 

PayPal

AddShoppers

and AddtoAny 

 

are all having issues displaying.

 

with PayPal and AddShoppers i don't see any errors but with the AddtoAny I see Get failures for the javascript file and the png file. I can access them directly but my prestashop can not. 

 

I'm trying to use the most current version of the addons on the most recent version of prestashop

 

also I can't upload product images over 300k

 

what i want to find out is if i'm doing something wrong or if godaddy is not setup properly.

 

and if godaddy is the issue what webhost is "Prestashop friendly"? iv'e just put a lot of time into trying to get this to work and i keep hitting snags and dead ends and i want to know it's not me lol

 

 

 

******EDIT****

just an issue of my over securing myself. I finally got to the point where i could let other people access and test the site and it worked fine. Turns out some security settings in my browsers were blocking the modules from displaying
