Problem with a free delivery without configurate

Hi everyone,

 

Most of all sorry for my english.

 

I have a very importante problem with the free delivery in PrestaShop 1.5.4.1 because before i had it configurate for 75€ and 150€ but now i have it for 0€ (Never free delivery) but when somebody buy more than X(¿300€?) amount it looks as free.

 

It could be a cache legacy?

 

When its happen there isn´t a carrier/shipper and you can´t buy.

 

I have free delivery (75€) but no with this tool, with a price rule of discount (-6,5€, because internacional shipping are very expensive) and with spanish carrier works perfectly, but with european shipping doesn´t found an available carrier.

 

Somebody could give me an idea for this problem?
