cutecat
Hi guys, do you guys get Error 524? I was uploading my product CSV and after a while, this error came up. Before I have CDN from cloudflare, i do not have this error before... may i know what are the setting I would need to tweak?
RogueWaveLimited
Here is what that means in CDN: An Error 524 means that the connection to the origin web server was made, but the origin web server timed out before responding to the request. The likely cause is either an overloaded background task, database or application (i.e. such as Wordpress), over stressing the resources on your machine. The database is often the cause. To resolve the issue, please work with your hosting provider or web development team to free up resources for your database or application. So: You are probably trying to import too many products and it is timing out.

Dh42
Turn off cloudflare while you are importing and see if that helps.
cutecat
any idea how to turn off? is it turning off the cloudflare in the DNS setting? I had tried that way, but when i am using the webpagetest to check, it is still under cloudflare. Does it need to take 24 hrs to propagate? Dh42
Cloudflare should have a pass through mode. This should help, https://kb.mediatemple.net/questions/1896/How+do+I+disable+the+CloudFlare+service%3F Your dns settings will remain the same and still be using cloudflares dns servers, but no caching will happen. Just turn it off while you upload the csv files and turn it on after you have finished.

cutecat
also here is the result looks like both are doing ok. http://www.webpagetest.org/video/compare.php?tests=130904_B1_10M5,130904_F6_ZYD I think I would need to think of a way to let the SQL load faster without overloading.
