brandavenue.i Posted September 2, 2013 Share Posted September 2, 2013 I logged in to my admin panel and tried to delete a category in my shop when a window popped up asking me to enter my email & password which I thought was a security measure. Nothing happened when I entered the address & password and I applied for a new password which I got via email. Logged in and when to alter another module and same thing happened and I had to wait 6 hours before I was entitled to another password however, this second password would not allow me access and I am effectively completely locked out of my admin!!!!
