El Patron
one or more modules is taking an error... use this simple guide to get the error, then search to see if you can find the cure... http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-turn-on-error-reporting-for-debug-information-500-error-or-blank-page/
Pronux
When was the last time you were able to see the modules? Did you change / install "something" after it? Edited August 31, 2013 by Pronux (see edit history)
hippooflove
Hi Yes the whole site crashed today and has had to be reinstalled by the hosting company. They have been excellent but it has been stressful. I upgraded my site a few weeks ago and have now found out that the theme has not been designed for the upgrade. So I needed to find a new theme. When changing the theme the whole lot just disappeared I know have the site back, with the old theme but now cannot see the modules to change the theme. it is 1.4.11 Barry
vekia
@hippooflove have you followed El Patron's suggestion above? if so, any error appeared for you there?
hippooflove
At the moment simply answer is no. I tried to upgrade to newer version 1.5.4. now I have the back in log in page and when i press log in the whole screen goes blank. When I look in the cpanel at my files I am showing the version that El Patron said I should find for the below 1.5.3. which is baffling as I just upgrade to 1.5.4. When I change the code nothing happens. I am waiting for my hosting to reload the older version back again. Then I will retry. any suggestions to get the bo back while I am waiting. vekia
your errors are related to modules that you use. question is: you want to use these modules? it looks like these modules aren't fully compatibile with your prestashop version

hippooflove
Hi I just renamed Kwixo and the modules have reappeared. lets hope thats sorted. Barry
vekia
you can also remove them from your /modules/ directory. it's better, because they will not be loaded (you will have more free RAM memory)
Dzinyna
Hi,I got exactly the same problems as you hippooflove. As I understand, to remove fianetfraud and kwixo modules is better way to fix these problems. Because when did I removed these folders from module folder in BO I can see all modules, unlike it was before (whan clink on module I got blank page with no error defined, there helped El Patron post)
