Product tags not saving properly

Hi Guys,

 

This is the issue I am having with the product tags (in the product edit page). They are not saving properly.

 

To describe the issue we are having, I edited and saved the product tags 5 times.

Below is the text I inputted on the "tags" field and the text showing when I opened the product again.

 

 

"empty" = "empty"

 

123,1234,12345,123456,1234567,12345678,123456789 = saved correctly

 

123, 1234, 12345, 123456, 1234567, 12345678, 123456789, iphone 4 car charger = saved correctly

 

123, 1234, 12345, 123456, 1234567, 12345678, 123456789, iphone 4 car charger = iphone 4 wallet case, 123, 1234, 12345, 123456, 1234567, 12345678, 123456789, iphone 4 car charger, iphone 4 wallet case

 

iphone 4 wallet case, 123, 1234, 12345, 123456, 1234567, 12345678, 123456789, iphone 4 car charger, iphone 4 cover = iphone 4 cover, iphone 4 wallet case, 123, 1234, 12345, 123456, 1234567, 12345678, 123456789, iphone 4 car charger

 

 

On the fourth & fifth try, it is as if the tags "shifted" in order.

The problem is that I have also been getting the tags split or being completely removed.

This is the general behavior for all the tags on other products. We recently started having this issue.

 

What would cause this?
