going crazy with redirect loops

hey all, well I am having some issues that are driving me crazy from one place to another. To make it short I am being told (now) by my hosting provider that I need to check with presta shop about redirect loops my site is having.

 

I am pasting the chat transcript here see if anyone can please guide me as my store has become unoperative for any sales or customer registration or on-site contact (the issue involves all the ssl pages apparently):

apparently thst is so. I have the same issue it seems with every SSL page of my site, in english, french and spanish (/en/ /es/ /fr/)

You will need to follow their directions or contact their support.

the issue is that cloudflare relys on https:///www. your domain here

you need to ensure prestashop is using https://www and not https://ledelireboutique.net or http://ledelireboutique.net orhttp://www.ledelireboutique.net
