Exporting data 1.5.3.1

Hi

 

I have a site which runs on 1.5.3.1 and am running at about 260 products, not huge but enough to make it difficult to make mass changes.

 

The data I have imported from several different csv's and some added manually so I have no master sheet as such.

 

Is it possible to export all the products so that I can create a master sheet for mass amends etc and import new data? Ideally without having to buy a module. The site isn't generating enough business to warrent spending money but I am happy to invest my time.
