[Solved] Error:ps 1.5.5.0 Modules > Positions,

Recommended Posts

I installed a new ps1.5.5.0 to try to move the module in the background

For example:

(Contact Block) originally (displayRightColumn),

I want to move to (displayLeftColumn).

It results into "leftColumn" .

leftcolumn - 1 Module (Technical name: leftcolumn),

This's non-positionable hooks.

Move the other modules, the results are wrong.

Click Transplant a module, Go to page:

Exceptions: This drop-down list box is expanded:

[-] Installer: update leftcolumn alias to enable live_edit on blockmyaccount

I did not notice a new addition "leftcolumn hook"。

I think it is not correct to move to the "displayLeftColumn", is a program error。

It seems I was wrong :-(

How to turn off this topic ??

I have issue with modules position. I'm using PS 1.5.5.0 on localhost and checked this issue in different browsers by clearing thier cache but couldn't solve.

I have hooked 2 modules (Specials block and Suppliers block) and various other modules in left column (Technical name: displayLeftColumn) which I can see in front-end. But in Back-office > Modules > Positions, I cannot see those 2 modules under "displayLeftColumn" section.

I think those modules are getting hooked in "leftcolumn" as described in earlier posts. But where I can see this hook so that I can unhook some modules and change their positions??

I understand your question.

prestashop's database has two related tables “ps_hook”, “ps_hook_alias”.

They were "displayLeftColumn" and "leftcolumn".

In the FO, they are shown on the left.

In the BO, they were displayed in two places.

These are just my thoughts.
