onlydeshpande Posted August 29, 2013 Share Posted August 29, 2013 Site – www.buytimexwatches.in Hosting – Bluehost mod_rewrite – Enabled (that’s what Bluehost support says) Payment Gateway – EBS (EBS payment gateway module for Prestashop 1.5.4.x is used for PG integration). Payment processing happens on third party page. Prestahsop Version – 1.5.4.1 Theme – Leo Shoes When SEO friendly URLs are enabled, the site shows friendly URLs for products, categories as well as CMS pages. But when product is added to cart and payment is successfully made, order is not reflected in orders tab (neither order confirmation email is received by buyer or merchant). Note that payment is successful at payment gateway. After successful payment processing at third party url, the user is getting redirected to page 404. When looked in for orders, there is no reflection of order. When SEO friendly URLs are disabled, order successfully reflects in orders tab and notification is received by email to merchant as well as buyer. Tried to place order with both the themes – default as well as Leo Shoes. Same error / issue with either of the themes. Pls help. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
