block cms cant change position

Hi,

 

When i go to preferences>block cms. I want to change the order of my links.

 

For exemple

 

1/ infos

2/ shipment

 

I would like to make

 

1/ shipment

2/ infos

 

I tick the box of the page and click on the up arrow the page relaod on the BO but order doesnt change.
