benjamin utterback
Hi tank, try and use this module, I believe it is 3.5.4. Of course, make sure to back up everything and and delete the PayPal module you have now. Then install this module and let me know how it goes. Thanks! paypal.zip

benjamin utterback
Have you turned on Error reporting? Follow this thread for "versions below 1.5.3" http://www.prestashop.com/forums/topic/224525-how-to-get-debug-information-for-500-error-or-blank-page/ Also, when you are using chrome, press f12 and then try and make a purchase using PayPal let us know what errors, if any, you see. A link to your store would be helpful as well.
tank
Update: I turned on error reporting, but was still not seeing any error. I spent hours reading forum threads on this type of problem. I then decided to try a different theme....so I tried Prestashop_new. Ah ha now at least I see error now, I then went back to paypal version 3.5.8 and everything works now!!! Looking back I did switch themes back and forth after the 1.4.11 update. At one point I did a restore of the theme directory. ...... anyways Paypal works now and I got new theme.
