UPS Module Error 111100 : The requested service is invalid from the selected origin.

For the past few days I have been trying to set up my shipping carriers. I believe I have USPS figured out, I'm just waiting for them to switch my ID to production, but UPS is a different story.

 

When I trying to set up the UPS module I continually get this error:

 

Error 111100 : The requested service is invalid from the selected origin.

 

I tried searching on the forums for this error, but couldn't find a solution. I have tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and resetting the module with no avail.

 

I am using PS 1.5.4

 

Any help is much appreciated.

Changed file permissions of my whole install to 777, and that seemed to do the trick.
