[SOLVED] Header Logo messed up menu

I am running with version 1.5.3.1 and I installed a theme that I paid for before I started doing anything to the page.

I uploaded the header logo once the theme was installed and now the page is all messed up, I am figuring it is something that can be fixed in the CSS but I'm not sure what to fix If someone can help me.

I can not find this in the css file.  I see it when I look at the inspect element but its not showing up the same in the css file.  This is what is in the file:
