Is there a way to not show the text customisation text on the checkout page if there is none entered

Hi guys,

 

Some of my products have customisation fields, some with two text fields and some with just one. If the product has two customisation fields, the second one is optional. By default the customisation text field values are shown on the checkout page. How do I make it so that the second customisation field value is not shown on the checkout page if there has been nothing inputted for it. I am using the default value for each field as 'Your text here...' Please see attached screenshot.
