AnonymousUser Posted August 5, 2013 Share Posted August 5, 2013 Hello, Is it possible in Prestashop to manually set shipping per product? I'm trying to figure out how to do a couple of the following scenarios: 1. Free shipping on individual products. The free shipping would apply to the cheapest shipping option, say, UPS Ground. If the customer wanted faster shipping, they could select a faster shipping method and actually pay for shipping. 2. Flat rate shipping on individual products. Same scenario as above, but instead of "free shipping," it would be "$5 shipping," or whatever flat fee was entered on the product. It seems strange that Prestashop wouldn't have these options by default. Coming from a GoDaddy shopping site, even they have it. Thanks for any help/advice! Attrexx Posted August 23, 2016 Share Posted August 23, 2016 You can set default shipping cost to 0 in carrier settings and then on the product admin page, on the Shipping tab, you can set and additional shipping fee for that product only!Careful with this method because if you skip setting additional shipping to a product, it will default to free shipping.
