Jack00 Posted July 31, 2013 Share Posted July 31, 2013 Hi, I wounder if some one can explane me what i do wrong after i import orders and customers in to an second database. I exported some orders and customer rows from my current shop database and then i import this into the new database. This works fine and i see i in the backoffice al updated orders and new customers from the curret shop. BUT when i would like to make an new customer account or try to place an order, then i get an error or there happend nothing.... (The second database is an clone of the existing database, because i would to step over to this nee shop.) Some one can help me with this? (Also payed services are welcome.) Thanks!
