Pearl Posted July 31, 2013 Share Posted July 31, 2013 (edited) Hello. I succesfull imported my customers from ps 1.3 to my new shop ps 1.5 but i have a problem with my password. Customers can't log in because the value of the encripted password from 1.3 is not the same with the encripted password from 1.5. I exported a CSV file from my database table ps_customers and then i imported in 1.5 from backoffice. Since i didn't have any customers in ps 1.5 i copy the cookie_key and cookie_iv from config/settings.inc prestashop 1.3 , to the same location in prestashop 1.5 ( because that's how prestashop encript the passwords ) But my passwords are not the same.
