Shopping Cart becomes empty when friendly URL's are turned on

Hi

 

I am in the process of testing my clients Prestashop store, the payment module they are using is called CardSave. With the module i have various test credit card numbers etc i can use to test that the module is working.

 

Anyway on placing a product in the cart and going through to check out, it goes through the checkout procedure fine, i then receive a payment error message ( Which is correct for the card details i have used )

 

However when i click the link that says 'Click here to try your payment again' it returns to step 1 in the check out process but the shopping cart is now empty. If i repeat this process but with friendly URL's disabled its fine the product is still in the cart.

 

Any help to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.
