Jacas
Hi, I have following issue with my Prestashop and dotpay module. After payment is accepted, customer sees in his orders histyory screen message "payment accepted" multiplied many times. This number is growing every minute to reach couple of pages showing "payment accepted" message after few hours from completing the purchase. Please see attached printscreen. This is only a small part of few pages long screen. How can I make Presta display this message only once? Many thanks in advance.
benjamin utterback
Hi Jacas, the customer see's this screen? That is very strange indeed, has it always done this? Also, is this happening for only one customer?
Jacas
All customers who completed order with payment by dotpay see this kind of screen when they go to order history and then try to see details for specific order. Shop is very new and there are only few real orders, but this looks the same in case of all of them. This page is couple of screens long and it's growing for few hours with new line of "order accepted" being added every few minutes.
benjamin utterback
How long have you had your store and what modifications and modules have you changed, added or deleted. What version of PrestaShop are you using? Also, what version of dotpay are you using? Make sure to have a backup of your Database and PrestaShop files. Then I would probably suggest to delete the module and reinstall it... but let me know some answers to those questions and we'll dig deeper. Thanks! Jacas
Shop just started around a month ago, but I've seen this problem when I was doing test purchases 2-3 months earlier when dotpay module was in test mode. I thought this won't be like this in production mode... Presta Shop 1.5.3.1 with template from TemplateMonster Dotpay module ver. 0.75 Since shop sells electronic products I also bought "Batch Downloadable Product" module (ver. 1.4) and module displaying cookies warning since shop is in EU (Poland) "Unijne prawo dotyczące cookies" ver 1.2.3 Rest of modules are the ones from PrestaShop and TemplateMonster template. Since there are almost no real orders, maybe I can give you temporary access to my Presta Admin if you want to dig deeper into this? benjamin utterback
Okay cool, this helps me understand. This is interesting, which dotpay module are you using?
Jacas
I'm sorry, I didn't know there are many different dotpay modules, I think this one simply came from dotpay.pl website... I would have to verify this with my brother who was doing setup for the shop with me. I'll check it.
benjamin utterback
No, I didn't either. I was just checking. I'm not familiar with this module so I would now suggest that you contact them directly, they may already know of the problem and have a fix. I can see that the latest version they have is 1.01... You can find it here, http://www.dotpay.pl/integracja/sklepy_internetowe/ You should contact them and ask if it works with 1.5 because it was last updated July 2012, before 1.5 was released.
