benjamin utterback
Hi bsm, what happens if you remove all www's from your preferences. By the way, before you touch the SEO and URL's preferences, make sure to confirm a backup of your database and PrestaShop files.

benjamin utterback
You have tried to take out the www's from both urls? The first suggestion I have is to try different combinations in that preference. Try: mydomain.es mydomain.it with Canonical URL both on and off. Try: www.mydomain.es mydomain.it with canonical url both on and off Try: www.mydomain.es www.mydomain.it with canonical url both on and off Try: mydomain.es www.mydomain.it with canonical url both on and off Remember! Before you touch the SEO and URL's preferences, make sure to confirm a backup of your database and PrestaShop files. Keep me posted. Thank you! benjamin utterback
Hi bsm, if you could, at that same page select "Add a new URL" and add the www. to it. So for that shop you should have two URL's one with www and one without www
