blanchesplace Posted July 29, 2013 Share Posted July 29, 2013 I am finding that when my customers do not hit SAVE after inputting their shipping information, they receive a no shipping options error, and hence they abandoned their carts. If they get to the point of leaving their email address, I can then contact them and assist them in completing their orders.
