Does Prestashop supports Business to Business?

HI,

 

I am exploring opitons for online ecart solution. The Prestashop looks like a solution for Business to Consumer.

 

I mean, the consumers come and purchase products from the online store.

 

Is there any way, where a Supplier or Business Man register with Prestashop online store and market his brands same like ebay?

 

Please let me know your comments and the approach we should follow.

yes, in the preferences of the store you can chage settings to run the store under b2b mode

Thank you so much for very quick response. Great! This option is available.

 

I havent installed the software yet. But I am looking at Demo Admin portal available. I dont see this option for Preferences.

 

Am I missing anything here?

 

My understanding with the setting is that, Vendors can register in the portal and should be able to sell their products. Normal customer or consumer can see all the products available from all vendors and can do purchases.

 

Please suggest.

Hi, (just new at this forum) further to GowthamP's question about B2B support: I need a e-commerce solution which supports both B2C and B2B, e.g. a systems withe three actors, (actor 1) the enduser who buys products at (actor 2) the online store which in turns forwards to the order to (actor 3) the supplier of the related product (there can be various suppliers for various products). Would this scenario be supported by Prestashop?
