Inpromark
I'm having a trouble to log in or go on the index page of my site after configuring the multistore. I had to do something wrong and now I cannot go back. At any time I try to go to the back end or just a domain I get redirected to store link (http://mydomain.co.uk/store/) and get a blank page. Can you help me please as I did not find any help on forum. I have to probably change some files in my database but I don't know what. I'll appreciate any help. Alex Simonchik BelVG
Hi, blank page shows after some errors on the page, you need to enable DEV_MODE: http://blog.belvg.com/showing-php-and-sql-errors-and-debugging-a-blank-white-page-in-prestashop.html Regards
Inpromark
Thank you Alex but I don’t have those codes in my /config/config.inc.php. Maybe is because I have the latest Presta version ant those instructions are for 1.5.
Alex Simonchik BelVG
In Prestashop 1.5.3 and later you need to edit config/defines.inc.php. Find the following line /* Debug only */ define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false); Edited July 25, 2013 by Alexander Simonchik (see edit history)

El Patron
Hi El Patron, please take a look: http://clip2net.com/...3-clip-60kb.png I think a little misunderstanding is happens yes, probably could use symbol like '<' 1.5.3...but I found it a bit confusing and I've seen others that have been referred to that nice blog also being confused. I'm sure they can make it more clear. It's a very nice blog.
Inpromark
The problem is probably not in the script error as it was working before. I just add another store into the multishop version and tried to configure the link. But unfortunately a had to set up somehow the redirecting and then any time I tried to go to the main shop it redirected me to the main-shop/shop/ and there is a blank page because the shop is not configured properly (I guess) . But my question is: how do I undo the changes so I can access the back end of the store and reconfigure it?
Inpromark
the url is http://steakshop.co.uk the back end url is http://steakshop.co.uk/mscz but any time I try to use the url, I'm redirected to http://steakshop.co.uk/dorset/ - which is the newly created store in multishop config
El Patron
when you stated you set up the redirecting, did you do this with your .htaccess file?

Pronux
we also use multishop and we had some issues with the www. (www.example.com worked, example.com didn't...) try: www.steakshop.co.uk/mscz/
Inpromark
El. To answer your first question - I did not install another Prestashop in to the “/store” (/Dorset) I have just create store under multistore option in a second Group. So I should have currently 2 groups. First group has only main store (steakshop.co.uk.) and the second group has now one store named Dorset that should be shown as “steakshop.co.uk/dorset”. The plan was that in the second group will be all those stores and the first group will have just the main store (behave as a catalogue) Hope you understand
Inpromark
Great Pronux! I have tried use the url http://www.steakshop.co.uk/mscz and I can finaly log into the back end now.
Pronux
great! I'm still a PS-newbie. I think it would be useful if a pro could test this problem and report it, if it's a bug.
Inpromark
OK .. I have fixed the problem with the redirecting and now the site links are working: http://steakshop.co.uk/index.php and http://steakshop.co.uk/dorset. But as you can see the shop "Dorset" shows "404". What should I do to get it right?
Inpromark
To let you all know how the problem started - I have accidentally assign the url steakshop.co.uk/dorset in Shop URLs > Edit > URL option to other group (default group/steak shop) instead to group "stores/Dorset"
