sample CSV for products

Hello,

does anyone have a blank csv file for product uploads on a speadsheet? or a link to one?

 

i clicked on sample one in my admin looked a bit jumbled im used to having csv on a spreadsheet

If you want this as a spreadsheet just import it into excel (how you do that depends on the version).

Yeah i usually do it in excell but trying to work out what order prestashop requires it.

a - product id

b - Title

c - description and so on

but prestashop doesnt give me the option to download template in excel ... it just opens up a link showing text file

The import fields can be in any order.

That is the "template". Copy it and save it as a text file then you can import it into excel.

thanks so much managed to resolve

 

incase anyone else having trouble downloading the sample in excell,

 

you just download it on note pad open it up add the text ...... sep=

and press enter then save it.

 

open it as an excell and it works fine.
