Different products with different shipping rates

Hi there guys,

 

I have a cart with 3 products:

*2 of them cost 10.40 EUR each and they have a shipping cost of 7%

*1 costs only 5.95 EUR and has a shipping cost of 19%

I want in this case, my cart to have only the smallest shipping rate (7%). Is there a way to do that?

I am receving the following invoice:

 

Total price + VAT + shipping = 26.75

Shipping + VAT = 4.90

Total - TVA = 28.56

Total taxes = 3.09

 

And a TOTAL = 31.65

 

I have no idea from where... Pease help.
