Paypal v3.5.5 prestashop 1.4.11 paypal link in cart blank screen with localhost as adderss

Hello

I am about ready to launch a store and using PS 1.4.11. I first attempted to use the version that came with 1.4.11 and kept getting a white screen that has http://localhost in the address bar of the browser. I uninstalled and and installed v3.5.5 from the prestashop store. Installation of this yields the same result- white page with localhost in the address bar.

 

Anyone else experiencing this?

Paypal module latest 3.5.6 not working.

Customer get a blank screen. using latest 1.4.11.

Tried redoing API tried older versions Paypal still no success.
