The shop works fine and all the modules are still there, but I can´t see them in BO and I can´t configured them anymore? I can still see the position of modules. I'll just tried to made an testbuy on my shop and the PayPal is NOT active anymore ???? How do I fix it. Can I repair or should I remove and install again (and how). Alex_Hansen Posted July 18, 2013 Author Share Posted July 18, 2013 PayPal v3.2 Latest payment with PayPal was yesterday. There was a custermer complaning today over an error with PayPal payment and I'll took a look in the module this afternoon but did not changed anything - But it must have been here something is going wrong anyway. Because this was the last time i could access my module list? What do you advise me to do? 99% of our sales is with PayPal so it is not good :-( Also I have to have my moduleslist up running. I'm confused from your post a little... Who looked at the module but did not change anything? Have you made any changes to your site at all today, modules, theme etc? Alex_Hansen Posted July 18, 2013 Author Share Posted July 18, 2013 One custermer write me an email that he could not pay with paypal, the I looked at the modulesettings for PayPal but I did not changed anything because I think it look normal. Then I left it again. Later when I'll tried to access the module listing again it did not work at all anymore? My PayPal is not an option anymore for custermers, but pay with cheque is suddenly appears (this was turned off before). It must be the PayPal module who 'messed up' things? I haven't changed anyting today except adding new products. I'm the only person who had been in BO - hope you not so confused anymore :-) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I would not be happy to loose orders, changes to ordrers and new products made today if not nessersary :-( I tried via FTP to remove the payPal module directory and then my List appears OK again without PayPal, but when I put PayPal back again (also and older backup) things messed up again. Alex_Hansen Posted July 18, 2013 Author Share Posted July 18, 2013 Well - It seems that I'll fixed the problem now. I'll totally deleted the payPal module via FTP. Then I download the module again and installed it again. All the old setteings was remebered in the system so i didn't have to config from scratch again. It looks like it is working now. My BO don't 'mess up' anymore, and I can again access the modules list in BO. Also can I again select the PayPal option as payment in my shop. Now I just have to wait to see about orders actully works too. But it looks ok now.
