I have purchased a new theme and tried to install using the theme installer module but get a "Bad Configuration Error" I looked in the zip file and have 3 elements (config.xml, modules folder (empty) and themes folder Any assistance would be greatly appreciated Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

vekia Posted July 13, 2013 Share Posted July 13, 2013 another question: are you sure that your theme is compatibile with your prestashop version? moreover, designers usually add also manual installation instruction, maybe try to install theme manually? The instructions seemed fairly simple (even I have never done before) but I did not find manual instructions to install. I have contacted the company and hopefully can get this resolved.
