Module Ebay Feedbox is not working, and no assistance is given by the developer

Hallo to everyone.

I am writing here as I am getting no answer from Prestashop, and from the developer Andrea.

I bought the module "Ebay feedbox"on june 21st, and although it looks like it's very simple to configure, it just does not work.

I immediately asked for help through prestashop addons, I received a quick answer from the developer after 4 days (and from the answer it was obvious he didn't had a look at my website), and nothing else since then.

I wrote 4 more messages through addons, no answer.

I also sent screenshots of the problem, no answer.

Then last week I opened a complain through Paypal.

 

HOW CAN THIS BE?

 

If the developer does not answer to me, maybe someone from Prestashop addons will?

 

I mean, I run prestashop for my business, I invested money in it, and so I wiil in the future.

 

I run prestashop 1.5.3.1 and the module is supposed to be compatible with this version.

 

Of course now the module is Unactive - it's very bad to say "take a look at our ebay feedbacks" and then show none.

 

 

Can anyone help me to make it work?

 

Can anyone in the staff of Prestashop addons ask to the developer why he simply does not care about customer care?
