bruce-rez Posted July 9, 2013 Share Posted July 9, 2013 (edited) Hi, I am trying to change some wording in shopping cart-summary. For example I want to change: Total Products to Subtotal Total Shipping to Shipping Total tax to Tax and remove completly the line Total (tax excl.). I went to back-office > Localization > Translation and I found the above words in 'Shopping cart' and I changed them to my liking. I checked the 'Force Compile' and unchecked 'Cache', refresh the browser but I don't see any change in front office when I go to shopping cart summary. Please see the screen shots. I think that was in shopping-cart. I changed it also in order-payment and order-detail, just to have the same translation everywhere. Thank you. bruce-rez Posted July 10, 2013 Author Share Posted July 10, 2013 (edited) Yes, the translation works now and as you noticed, I could translate the shopping-cart summary to my liking. The reason was that I thought there was repetitive words of TOTAL and besides that very confusing for US customers to see (tax incl.), (tax excl.), Total (tax excl.), etc... So I removed completely the Total (tax excl.) row from shopping-cart.tpl and I changed and simplified the wording below in BO: Total Products > Subtotal Total shipping > Shipping Total tax > Tax Edited July 10, 2013 by bruce-rez (see edit history) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
