aaronjpitts
Hi guys, my new site is going to be multilingual, I have installed the other languages needed and everything works fine but there are still a lot of missing translations in French, for example 'Error message translations', there are none inputted. Have they not already been created? Surely I don't have to input 700+ error message translations? A lot of the checkout process is still in English as well. For the Paypal module translation, I can't seem to get it to use the French translation for 'PAY WITH YOUR CARD OR YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNT (NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT REQUIRED)', I have edited the translations.xml file and there is a correct section there for French, but on the site it always just displays the English, it's not using the given French translation. Any help? Many thanks

wdburgdorf
Hi Aaron, long time you posted this. Did you ever figure it out? I have the same issue with German ... Someone must have translated this by now.
wdburgdorf
This worked for me: Backend > Localization > Translations > Add / Update a language (Unfortunately pasting doesn't work in this forum, otherwise I'd paste a link ...) After updating my translations, I had all error message translations, too.
