Richieh
hello, I have installed a "back to top" module that enables me to automatically scroll to the top once the button is clicked. I'm having issues where it will show up on subcategories, CMS and the main home pages but it will not load on main products page (ex. such as when just clicking on apparel rather than its subcategories.) Is there a way to fix this? Thank you, Rich ------------------------ my site : http://www.totowaairsoft.com
PSfever.com
Hi, can you look into the BackOffice to check, whether there are no exceptions? Go to Modules - Modules position and look for this modul (I don't know where it's hooked, could be footer, rightcolumn, centercolumn or top of pages). There might be an exception, so that the module won't show up on p.e. category.php pages..
Richieh
I checked my backend and it's hooked up to "top of pages" There are no exceptions linked to the hook. I'm not sure what is causing this issue. Thanks, Rich
vekia
the problem is strictly related to the block layered navigation module and its .js file. Can you please turn this module off ? (for test purposes)

Richieh
Hi, I am using a customized template and have made many changes within the css and tpl files. If we update to the new version, will it effect any of the changes? Rich.
