BJC Posted June 16, 2013 Posted June 16, 2013 Hello, After my upgrade, which didn't produce any errors, I am no longer able to edit products in the BO. I have tried clearing the cache, etc. I have no idea what the problem might be. Thanks.
Kogkalidis Posted June 20, 2013 Posted June 20, 2013 Please explain when was the last time everything was ok and EVERYTHING you did after that time!! Regards
BJC Posted June 20, 2013 Posted June 20, 2013 Everything worked fine before I upgraded. I noticed after I upgraded I couldn't update any products. I used the one-click upgrade for the upload. It ran smoothly - no errors. I have not done much beyond that.
Kogkalidis Posted June 20, 2013 Posted June 20, 2013 I don't know what exactly didn't work well, but there are many error cases because of the 1-click upgrade module.. Personally whenever I want to upgrade, I back up all my stuff and then upgrade manually!!
BJC Posted June 21, 2013 Posted June 21, 2013 I have now upgraded manually, but I'm still unable to edit products.
spring00 Posted August 12, 2013 Posted August 12, 2013 I have a similar problem. Did you work out a solution?
Instrument_Guy Posted October 24, 2013 Posted October 24, 2013 I noticed that there was no follow up on this. I had a similar problem, but changed define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', true); in config/defines.inc.php to define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false); (apparently while the store is in developer mode, products cant be edited)
Higher37 Posted December 4, 2013 Posted December 4, 2013 mine was set on define('_PS_MODE_DEV_', false) and I changed it to true. Neither have worked for me. Also I tried to edit line 39 from off to on, however still nothing. Lost?!?
JeffV Posted February 3, 2014 Posted February 3, 2014 I have this same problem, Higher37. Were you able to fix this problem?
