Now a registered customer contacted and said that her order number is 569857, but the dropdown menu on the contact-form suggested 955 instead, which is actually order ID. I completely agree with the customer that this is confusing. Has anubody succeeded with replacing the id with the reference? I would be very grateful if you could share. Thank you!
