bw_pdx Posted June 6, 2013 Share Posted June 6, 2013 hello! i recently updated to 1.5.4.1 and reopened my shop and now i am getting way too many Payment Error Orders. All of them are the same one. PayPal response:TIMESTAMP -> 2013-06-05T17:21:30ZL_ERRORCODE0 -> 10729L_SHORTMESSAGE0 -> Shipping Address State EmptyL_LONGMESSAGE0 -> The field Shipping Address State is requiredL_SEVERITYCODE0 -> Error At first i thought it was careless customers (nope...) after 40 orders like this i can't help but wonder what's going on?? i'm losing customers now and any help would be really nice. I did check with Paypal account (no on verified address) I realize there are a few posts with similar problem but none solved that i could find. Please help me out! thanks!!!!
