theofferhut
Hi everyone I have just completed my shop and asked people here to test it and I am having issues when you add a product to the cart and it doesnt appear. This doesnt happen for everyone and I dont know why - I purchased a new template for it but the person I bought it from has gone quiet and I really need to get this solved. The site is www.theofferhut.com - I am guessing it is something to do with java etc but I dont have the knowledge to know where to start looking. Thanks Allan Edited May 30, 2013 by theofferhut (see edit history)

Thanks Allan I just tested in the latest versions of Internet Explorer, Chrome and Safari and it works. As "Vekia", can you provide more information about the browser does not work.? By the way, what exact version of Prestashop use? (I remember in Prestashop 1.5.1, there was a similar problem) Sorry for my English !
theofferhut
Hi Nadie Your English is fine - I have solved the cart issue - it was due to the cached version of the site so I deleted it and recompiled and now it appears to be fine. Very strange but glad its fixed. Thanks Everyone
vekia
thanks for informations, as i said in other thread related to your store: cache is a common problem when the site is in "development" - so it's better to turn it off (and turn force compilation on)
Jim McGill
thanks for informations, as i said in other thread related to your store: cache is a common problem when the site is in "development" - so it's better to turn it off (and turn force compilation on) Hi vekia, When you say turn off the cache, are you referring to the cache as in the Smarty box or the caching system inside caching box? All are inside the tab Performance. Thanks!
vekia
that's right, moreover - turn also force compilation ON (the same tab adv preferences > performance)
