1.5.4 - Stock in backoffice doesn't work [SOLVED]

Hi,

 

I'm quite new to prestashop, and so far I've got almost everything up and running.

I've added my complete product list, entered my order and marked it 'delivered', so my number of items in stock per product is correct.

However, in the backoffice tab 'stock in warehouse' I don't see any products.

Am I doing something wrong here?

 

I've added screenshots, my prestashop is in dutch but I suppose the general lay-out is the same in every language :-)screenshotprestashop.pdf

First of all, do you really need stocks in warehouses, or is your stock just in one place? If it doesn't really matter where your stock is physically located, turn off advanced stock management. Much easier management then. (To turn on/off advanced stock management, go to preferences->products, list option all the way down)

 

If you really need advanced stock management, you need to add warehouses first, then add stock to each warehouse, so it knows how muck stock of each product is where located etc.

 

Maybe read the documentation about advanced stock management first to see if it's really what you need. If you're still convinced you need this, then follow the steps provided to set it up correctly:
