'Error 310 (net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS): There were too many redirects.' at front after upgrade

Desperate for some advice or help with this error as I have spent hours going through previous posts to no avail, including a patch suggested by Angela. I upgraded and now cannot access anything past the home page.

 

Please, any advice or help?
