Help wanted - Modify Shipping Fees (based on manufacturer)

Hi,

 

I'm wondering if anyone has the time and desire to create a little custom piece. I would like to modify the way that shipping fees are calculated in my store as follows:

 

There would be a flat shipping fee associated with products from each manufacturer. Whether you buy 1 or 12 products from the same manufacturer, there would be a flat rate shipping fee.

 

There would be a flat shipping fee for products from each manufacturer. So, if you buy 1 product from one manufacturer, and 1 more product from another manufacturer, you would be charged twice for shipping.

 

These shipping fees would change, depending on your location.

 

The shipping fees would be shown in the cart.

 

If you have any interest in this, please estimate your price and when you would be able to have the work completed.
